From the changelog: Support tickets and docs feedback

Reporting a broken flow or a wrong docs page used to mean leaving the site and hoping the message landed in the right queue. Customers can now submit support requests from the public site, and operators can review those tickets — plus documentation feedback — in the console.

This is the longer note behind the July 26 changelog entry.

How it works

The public contact support form writes an environment-scoped ticket record. That keeps the request attached to the workspace it is about, instead of a disconnected inbox thread.

Documentation pages collect helpful or unhelpful feedback from the control in the right-hand column. That signal is separate from a support ticket: it is about the page, not a production incident.

Both streams surface under console Operations. Operations is an operator-only sidebar entry, next to the Support Center everyone can see. Customer-facing Support Center cards still point at documentation, Discord, and feature requests.

Set it up

To file a request as a customer:

  1. Open Contact support.
  2. Include the Project ID and Environment ID from console Overview. Those two values pin the configuration you mean.
  3. If the problem shows up as failed sign-ins or unexpected denials, add the time range and event type from Audit.

To review inbound work as an operator, open Operations in the console and read tickets alongside docs feedback.

To comment on a docs page, use the helpful / unhelpful control on that page. That is the fastest way to report something wrong or missing in the documentation itself.

Trust boundaries

A public contact form is not authentication. Anyone who can reach the page can submit a ticket. Treat the contents as untrusted input: do not click unexpected links from the ticket body, and do not assume the reporter can see the environment they named.

Operations visibility is for Authdog operators, not every tenant member. Docs feedback is a page-quality signal. It does not open a support ticket and it does not grant access to the environment the reader was viewing.

Include IDs and audit context when you can. A ticket without a project and environment is slower to reproduce.

Try it

Submit a test note from Contact support, or leave docs feedback on any page. Operator review lives under console Operations. The original release note is in the changelog.
