The Support Center sits at the bottom of the sidebar and collects the places to get unstuck.

The footer is context-dependent, so you may see more than Support Center:

Requesting access to a gated feature

Some capabilities are sales-gated rather than self-serve. Lidar is the clearest example: its Overview tab shows a "Request access" button, and the detection panels stay locked until the request is approved. User impersonation in Authentication > Features works the same way — "Contact us to enable user impersonation."

Submitting a request from the console routes it to Authdog's review queue, and the feature badge on the page tracks its state: no access, pending review, or approved.

Reporting a problem

Two things make a support conversation much faster:

  • The Project ID and Environment ID from Overview, which pin down exactly which configuration you mean.
  • The time range and event type from Audit, if the problem shows up as failed sign-ins or unexpected denials.

Every docs page also has a feedback control in the right-hand column — the fastest way to report something wrong or missing in the documentation itself.
