The Support Center sits at the bottom of the sidebar and collects the places to get unstuck.

| Card | Goes to |
|---|---|
| Documentation | "Read guides and API references." — these docs. |
| Discord | "Chat with the community and the team." |
| Feature Request | "Suggest and vote for features." |
Other sidebar footer entries
The footer is context-dependent, so you may see more than Support Center:
| Entry | Shown to |
|---|---|
| Support Center | Everyone. |
| Tenant Settings | Tenant owners — team, invites, and APEX domains. See Tenants. |
| Operations | Authdog operators only. |
| Access Requests | Authdog staff only — the review queue for gated features. |
Requesting access to a gated feature
Some capabilities are sales-gated rather than self-serve. Lidar is the clearest example: its Overview tab shows a "Request access" button, and the detection panels stay locked until the request is approved. User impersonation in Authentication > Features works the same way — "Contact us to enable user impersonation."
Submitting a request from the console routes it to Authdog's review queue, and the feature badge on the page tracks its state: no access, pending review, or approved.
Reporting a problem
Two things make a support conversation much faster:
- The Project ID and Environment ID from Overview, which pin down exactly which configuration you mean.
- The time range and event type from Audit, if the problem shows up as failed sign-ins or unexpected denials.
Every docs page also has a feedback control in the right-hand column — the fastest way to report something wrong or missing in the documentation itself.
