Redesigned console navigation and mobile layout
The console navigation, top bar, and dashboard shell were redesigned with a proper mobile layout and refreshed visuals throughout.

The console is where operators switch tenants, pick an environment, and jump between Authentication, Users, Lidar, and the rest of the product. On a phone that used to mean a desktop sidebar squeezed onto a small screen. The shell is now built for phone and tablet, with a top bar and bottom navigation that match the desktop modules instead of hiding them behind overflow.

What changed
Three surfaces moved together so the same environment stays selected while you change pages:
- A mobile bottom navigation and top bar for phone and tablet screens
- A reworked sidebar, tab layout, and dashboard shell so modules share one visual language
- An in-console feedback option so you can send notes without leaving the page
Desktop still uses the sidebar groups (Products, Developer, Configuration) and the top-bar breadcrumb for project and environment. Switching environment keeps the current page. Selecting a project still lands on the home dashboard (/dashboard/home), not a separate project document.
How the shell fits together
On a wide viewport the left rail lists Overview, Users, Projects, Dashboard, then Products (Authentication, Authorization, Audit, Lidar, Vault, MCP Auth, Agents, Forms) and Developer (Domains, Redirects, Branding, Notifications). Tabs stay on the module: a vertical rail for Authentication and Users, a horizontal strip for Audit and Lidar.
On a narrow viewport the bottom nav and top bar carry the same destinations. The dashboard widgets (Insights, Growth, Readiness, gauges, event log) sit in the same shell, so a readiness check on a phone is the same environment and time range as on a laptop.
Feedback is a help control in the top bar. It does not replace Support Center or tenant-owner settings.
Set it up
No environment flag. Sign in to the Authdog console on a phone or tablet and use the bottom nav to reach Dashboard, Users, and Authentication. On desktop, confirm the sidebar and tab strip still open the same modules.
Send a note from the in-console feedback control if a module is hard to reach on your device.
Trust boundaries
A layout change does not change who can see a module. Tenant Settings still belongs to tenant owners. Access Requests and Operations stay staff-only. Environment-scoped pages still require a selected project and environment; visiting Organizations still clears that selection.
Do not treat a missing sidebar item as a missing product. MCP Auth appears only for MCP projects. Authorization sub-items follow the environment permission model (RBAC, ABAC, or FGA). Lidar stays behind its feature gate until access is approved.
Try it
Open the console on a phone and walk Overview → Dashboard → Authentication. Compare the same path on desktop. The original release note is in the changelog.
