The Inbox tab in the console sidenav lists every queue that is waiting on you in the selected environment. Each entry shows a live count and opens the exact screen where the action lives. The Inbox icon on the rail shows a dot while any count is above zero, and the bell in the header lists the same open queues.

Counts come from one management request scoped to the active environment and tenant. They refresh when you return to the tab, every minute while the console is open, and right after you approve, verify, resolve, or redeliver anything.

Operations

Visible to Authdog staff only. Counts pending feature access requests, open support tickets, and new docs or console feedback, each opening the matching Operations tab.

Inbox hub

Selecting the Inbox tab from another module opens the Inbox hub, which shows the same entries as cards with their counts and an Open button. When every count is zero the hub says so.

Triage from the Signals tab

Opening a security alert from the Inbox lands on the Signals explorer. Selecting a signal shows Investigate, Resolve, and Dismiss actions. Resolving or dismissing a signal removes it from the Security alerts count.
